Our two main indexes highlight issues that affect the everyday lives and economic behaviors of ordinary Americans: the level of trust in the financial system and the share of financial advisors who have been accused of misconduct.

In addition, our Campaign Financing Capture Index tracked campaign contributions made by individuals in the run-up to the 2016 US presidential election, as well as the contributions made to the PACs and super PACs that supported each candidate, with the intention of assessing how political donations could influence policy decisions.
