Donnellan is passionate about the intersection of technology and sustainability. She is the cofounder and COO of Bear Flag Robotics, which was acquired by John Deere in 2021. Bear Flag develops autonomous technology for farm tractors, and the company鈥檚 mission is to reduce the cost of growing food and increase global food production through automation. In addition to public speaking events and podcast appearances, Donnellan has been featured in publications including The New York Times, CNBC, WIRED, and TechCrunch. She earned a bachelor鈥檚 in mechanical engineering from Carnegie Mellon and an MBA from Chicago Booth.
