The Sokolov EMBA Program at Chicago Booth is a 21-month program designed for experienced professionals to advance their careers while earning their MBA without pausing to work full time. Offered across three global campuses鈥攊n Chicago, Hong Kong, and London鈥攖he program provides unparalleled flexibility and access to world-class education.

What Is an Executive MBA?
An executive MBA, also known as an EMBA program, is a graduate business degree for experienced professionals. Like a traditional MBA, Booth's Sokolov EMBA Program teaches the business skills you need to advance in your career. It鈥檚 designed for working professionals who are further along in their careers and takes place in a format that allows you to continue working full time while earning your degree. At Booth, Sokolov EMBA students earn the same degree as other MBA programs.
Program Overview
As you explore other top executive MBA programs, you'll discover that Chicago Booth is different. We are the first United States business school to have campuses on three continents. Whichever campus you choose, you will have access to the same courses, the same distinguished Chicago Booth faculty, and the same prestigious MBA degree. Although you apply to a primary campus (Chicago, London, or Hong Kong), you take classes at each of our global campuses during international session weeks. Here's how the program takes shape:

Booth’s Executive MBA Program provides added flexibility in where you study. Students may transfer among campuses during the program to enhance their global experience and accommodate their busy schedules.
Take three extra classes for free post-graduation and additional elective courses are available for a nominal fee. Other opportunities to continue your education include talks by top scholars, skill building programs, industry conferences, networking events, and more.
Alumni also benefit from lifelong support from Booth Career Coaches who are available post-graduation to provide individualized consultation and skill enhancement as your career progresses over time.
